Alice joined Lightfoots in April 2020 and specialises in Employment Law and general litigation. Prior to joining Lightfoots Alice worked at a city firm in London where she also specialised in Criminal Defence litigation. Alice has a wealth of experience in representing high profile clients, large businesses and organisations as well as local businesses and individuals. Alice regularly assists clients in redundancy consultations, settlement agreements, contracts of employment, and claims before the Employment Tribunal and has a particular interest in discrimination claims. Alice also advises clients on a range of general litigation issues and assists clients in both bringing and defending claims before the County Court. Alice is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Alice is currently on maternity leave.
