We assist lenders with pre-litigation work right through to enforcement of Court Orders. We are able manage volume Return of Goods claims, whilst maintaining the highest level of client service with an ongoing focus on cost effective and early resolution.

We:

• provide a secure environment for the transfer of bulk instructions relating to Hire Purchase (HP) and Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) Agreements
• use a case management system that is programmed in-house, allowing us to tailor the process for each client
• prepare and send out a ‘Letter Before Action’
• issue proceedings for a Return of Goods Order and enforce the Order, if/when required

• have strong relationships with high profile and reputable vehicle recovery agents
• can efficiently refer consent forms, courts orders as well as any updated instructions to the recovery agents and help to coordinate recovery of a vehicle
