The four steps to our recruitment process


CV Review

We aim to get back to candidates within 10 days of CV submission.


1st stage interview

Candidate is invited to first stage interview.


2nd stage interview

Candidate is invited to in-person interview.

If successful you will be invited to join the Lightfoots team and our normal background screening process will begin.

We have four offices across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Three offices are in Thame and one is in Princes Risborough.
