Our recruitment process

The four steps to our recruitment process

CV Review

We aim to get back to candidates within 10 days of CV submission.

2

1st stage interview

Candidate is invited to first stage interview (by video call).

3

2nd stage interview

Candidate is invited to in-person interview.

Welcome on board!

If successful you will be invited to join the Lightfoots team and our normal background screening process will begin.

All eligible candidates are welcome to apply for any of our vacancies as long as they have a right to live and work in the UK.

Our High Street office locations operate on a 9am – 5pm working schedule and other locations, which are not client facing, operate on a 9am – 5:30pm working schedule.  The difference in working schedules is based on department and office location needs.

    • Our Oxford House & Goodsons Mews locations have on-site parking.
    • Our Thame High Street and Princes Risborough High Street locations have limited allocated parking and employees use side street parking.

Lightfoots have a flexible approach to homeworking and even more so now that we have been through the COVID-19 pandemic. Most of our roles are able to function from home and we aim to continue to support a more agile workforce by supporting a balance of both working in the office and, where appropriate, homeworking. We feel that working in the office, being around colleagues and interacting has its benefits as well.
