Tia is a Partner in our main commercial team. She joined the firm in 2017 as a Paralegal, quickly becoming a Trainee and qualifying as a Solicitor in Commercial Property in 2020. Tia became a Partner in 2025, growing our commercial property clientele and leading her expanding team.
Tia’s work largely focuses on complex matters relating to development site acquisitions through option agreements and conditional contracts, subsequent disposals and larger portfolio finances, as well as commercial leases for Landlords and Tenants including a growing number of instructions relating to GP surgeries. She also advises clients on a variety of other matters ranging from residential lease extensions to wider commercial transactions including utility agreements, planning obligations and company asset purchases.
