Paula began her career in High Street Banking and has a wealth of experience in Property from time in both Estate Agency and Property Management, before joining Lightfoots in 2017.
Paula has spent 8 years leading the Property Finance Support Team and fulfilling the role of Office Manager in our Lender Finance Department. In 2025 Paula took on the role of Operations Manager across the firm.
