Courtney first joined Lightfoots in 2019 where she worked as an administrative assistant in our Lender Finance department. Whilst working within the Lender Finance department, Courtney helped with administrative tasks such as setting up new instruction files and being the first point of contact for clients and assist fee earners where needed.
In March 2023, Courtney moved to the Commercial Litigation department within Lightfoots and started working as a Paralegal. Due to the nature of the role, Courtney has a wide exposure to both litigious and surplus cases. Some of the primary duties include (but are not limited to): assisting with the preparation of court bundles and liaising with the Courts in respect of ongoing applications; assisting with the collation of agents instructions; taking conduct of surplus cases following completion of sale of a repossessed property; and assisting with the day-to-day tasks of the fee earners.
