Claire Sims qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and specialises in property law. She joined Lightfoots Solicitors in July 2024 as part of the Secured Lending and Repossession Sales team. Prior to joining Lightfoots, Claire spent several years representing property developers in the sale of newbuild properties, gaining extensive experience in property transactions and developer relations.
