Charles is a Partner and Head of Wills & Probate at Lightfoots Solicitors. He qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and joined Lightfoots in 2024 to head up our team of Solicitors and highly experienced probate practitioners.
Charles is a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (previously known as Solicitors for the Elderly). His specialities are advising older or vulnerable clients, and drafting complex wills and trusts for parents with children with special or additional needs, as well as business owners.
