Louise originally joined Lightfoots in 1998, qualifying as a solicitor in 2007 and becoming partner in 2023.  During this time, she has gained considerable litigation experience.  She has been practicing employment law since 2011, and now manages the employment law team providing services both for employers and employees in this specialist area.

Throughout her legal career with Lightfoots, Louise has dealt with a variety of litigation matters, moving from debt recovery, to contested mortgage lender litigation before becoming a member of our employment team in 2011. Louise now oversees the employment law team as well as still assisting clients with a variety of other dispute resolution needs.

Louise is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
