Ian has a long track record in commercial property, acting for landlords and tenants on leases, and for buyers and sellers on acquisitions and disposals, including the financing of purchases. His clients range from private individuals and business owners to companies and pension trusts. His work on property disposals and premises leasing has been recognised in Chambers UK, where he was named an “Associate to Watch.”
Ian also has experience of agricultural matters, which makes him a natural fit for Lightfoots. We have worked alongside the farming and rural communities of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire since the firm was founded in 1853.
