Lauren joined Lightfoots in 2018 as a regulatory specialist to head up the Ethics and Compliance Department, responsible for ensuring firm-wide compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, keeping up with the firm’s numerous accreditations, as well as embedding the ethics of the firm. She additionally trained in litigation, employment, and lender finance, and qualified as a Solicitor in 2022.

Prior to joining Lightfoots, Lauren worked in conveyancing, debt recovery/insolvency, and global anti-corruption.

Lauren is now playing a key part in the firm’s digitalisation; her specialisms include anti-money laundering compliance, anti-corruption/Bribery Act, GDPR, FCA and SRA regulation, and is looking forward to offering unique services to clients in these areas.
