Melissa is a Partner and Head of Bridging at Lightfoots Solicitors. She heads the multi-award winning Lightfoots Lender Finance team and has been featured in industry ‘Under 35’ Power Lists.

Melissa qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 and joined Lightfoots in 2015. She specialises in commercial property, acting on bridging and development loans for the firm’s mortgage lender clients, as well as buy to let conveyancing matters.
