As the Head of IT Mark has overall responsibility for the running of the IT team and wider department along with all the technology platforms used at Lightfoots. Mark has a keen interest in all areas of IT which has sustained a career of over 20 years in varying roles.

Mark gets a great deal of satisfaction in his role here at Lightfoots through both the technical challenges that arise and a good deal of interaction with staff on support issues and project delivery. Mark joined Lightfoots working on the helpdesk which allowed him to gain in-depth knowledge of the infrastructure prior to becoming the Manager.
