Kimberly is the HR Manager at Lightfoots and has overall responsibility for the HR function, including employee relations, recruitment, policies and HR systems. Kimberly is also a member of the Wellbeing Committee and a Mental Health First Aid Champion.
Kimberly has over 20 years experience working for law firms. She works closely with the partners and other members of senior management to ensure that the HR strategies and initiatives are closely aligned with the firm’s overall strategy and works to support current and future business needs.
Prior to joining Lightfoots in 2019, Kimberly worked as an HR Manager for an international law firm located in London and previous to that, worked for different international & regional law firms located in the United States.
