Hayley joined Lightfoots in March 2022 as Head of Human Resources. She has worked in various roles as a Human Resources professional across Professional Services and Hospitality Sectors and has worked most recently as a HR Consultant.

Hayley is CIPD qualified with a background in TUPE consultation, change management programmes and Employee Relations.
