We advertise in the local newspaper, on Rightmove, Zoopla and other key property websites. In addition we have our own comprehensive interactive website on which we will advertise and handle enquiries for your property.

We appreciate that not all landlords want the same and you need a service that meets your requirements. With this in mind we offer four different levels of service, although please speak to us if you are looking for something different as we may be able to help.
Our referencing service includes a rental guarantee for the first six months in accordance with the terms of the insurance scheme and full details will be made available to you.

We appreciate that having a happy tenant is important and we take full responsibility for doing so from our office that is open 6 days a week.
Our fully managed service includes dealing with any maintenance issues using our approved contractors (or yours if you prefer) and unlike some agents we make no additional charge for doing so and we simply pass on to you what is charged by the contractor.
For landlords that want the advantages of a managed service, but are happy to deal with any maintenance issues that may arise.
